I guess it remains to be seen, that the roughly $700k costs both a) will not be ongoing (moreso the $563k amount) and b) will deliver on the promised potential.
Regardless, the trajectory of a 6% decline in net operating profits from ordinary activities doesn't tell a positive story, given the strong growth in revenue.
