Big Dog, sorry to answer a question addressed to SJ, but Russia is a complex entity. A friend of mine who is a political analyst told me that Far Eastern Russia is part of Putin's Russia because he is seen to be better than a dozen Oligarchs poised to take Chutotka for themselves. Chutotka have been exemplary in their conduct with TIG. We in the West only dream of such wonderful government support.
