Unexpectedly high overburden suggests insufficient drilling ahead to delineate resource and the depth, to guide mining? Little outfits don't have the deep pockets of the big guys, and having a drop in prices for steaming coal and a rising Rouble at the same time is a triple whammy. Looking a bit scary from a financial survival viewpoint in the short term with out a CR. The 250m ton coking resource so close to Asian market is the big apple here of course but have to get there first, while short of money.
