Imho they are looking at getting amaam coal being shipped through beringovsky. Maybe bigger barges and offshore loading facility. Then an all year port.. but totally writing off 3 trucks has to seriously addressed... be it road issue or driver training.

Imho lack of comment about the future outlook of the price per tonne doesn't help..

Will it increase or decrease..
