I don't know why this is such a bad result. They are still forecasting a growth in EBITDA over FY20 and the $2m reduction in the EBITDA guidance could be a direct result of the $2m EBITDA loss from the Quadrant acquisition.
I was going to sell if there was downgrade on guidance but the downgrade is so small that I am now confused.
