On the plus side announcing what looks to be a solid acquisition on results day might help offset the results and (slight) downgrade....
I'm certainly reading initially a proactive strategy to adjust the coy's relevance to majors over the upcoming years - That IMHO is a big plus and as I'm sure we would all think, much better than standing still and hoping for a return to the good old days.... GLTAH
