Agree wholeheartedly roblun.
If they JV in with a Chinese partner the market cap would triple. Market cap at roughly $180m equates to a pe of under 2.
Political situation naturally eats into our pe/ market cap calculation however the company is worth over $400 imo even with the political anchor we currently have.
Time will tell, but at anything under 2c is a steal imo
