Market doesn't seem to see any positives. I would like to talk about the core company business but our management is so silent on that front that it's impossible for me to say anything.

I may stand corrected, however i think this is standard for Delaware to Moot a first motion to dismiss when a second is brought. I also believe this means JPM are forced to answer now. I may be wrong.
In my opinion JPM strategy was to avoid answering at all costs. I don't think they would want to answer a claim of this nature as it may reflect very poorly on the Onyx business.
That leaves the option of a confidential settlement in the mix. Just my thoughts.
