    Auditors necessarily pessimistic but that note has some basis in reality. Directors would have told them of the uncertainty as per comments later in the paragraph.

    But it does point to a delay in the restart and delays to finance. Not a good look. So much for production by Christmas.

    Such a pity. Had they got finance last year it would all be ticketyboo. Such is life.
