Palmerston North. Living in NZ, I had to jump through a few hoops to B Pay through my Australian NAB account (i lived there very briefly). Unless you have a working Australian Sim for SMS payment confirmation, there's literally nothing they can do for you short of walking into a branch. Almost gave up in the end but got it sorted so lets hope these shares pay off in the end! Australia does not do things the easy way.
