The technology limitation has always been the challenge, assessor are already doing 5 out of the 6 assessments manually so why use Painchek for just the automate facial assessment??? I think the same issue with be encountered for delirium and Painface assessments (Note the recent study show the facial assessment did correlated with the micro facial expression during the child's operation so will it be able to detect false positive using just the face???). Would a company really use Painchek so you record the assessment digitally instead of paper.....very doubtful.
