So the net loss of $34,322,619 includes an "impairment charge" of $30,747,083, which is kind of like a written down paper value of "reverse goodwill".
They are no longer a saleable entity with goodwill as a going concern, because all future revenue (if any) is dependent on unreliable future events (ie miracles!)
So the've 'only' burned $3,575,536 actual cash, but the value of the entity as it stands is now –$30,747,083.
