    personally IMO its the fear of a CR as one needs to be done in the next few months given the cash at bank situation and the expected outflows.

    any CR will result in huge dilution at these SP levels and then the road back up will be not only harder but will also take substantially longer to go anywhere. all imo.

    only way this has a chance IMO is to replace chairman!!!
