ACR bring out a continuous disclosure policy and yet no information. Surly there is information on how our testosterone generic is going as its been launched for 6 months now. information on how the 25 (?) scientists product development is going and when new dossiers are to be submitted to the FDA, information on who replaces Harris Pharma with our Elma generic, instead of continuous disclosure we have continuous silence. then again perhaps the continuous silence is because they don't have any good news. its odd how when we on hot copper talk about things like, "are employees selling their shares" and other concerns, a policy comes out about those things. We on Hot Copper have talked about ,.... whistle blowers, staff selling shares, lack of information and low and behold a policy comes about about it soon after. not much good having a policy if it doesn't change company behaviour. perhaps ASIC needs to have a look at ACR.
