no i think issue is with the higher upper!!!!. had no issue with the testestorone side of things when RT was in charge - when he left then everything in turmoil IMO as thats when things went pear shaped. thats when went to generics as a quick fix (or so they thought) and objecting against certain patents as it was obvious that would be a further quick way to market if they could get the objection in their favour. then they pick harris??.
IMO more that that issue because if you have a half decent product those in the States that would be interested in it would be falling over themselves to access exclusive rights for market.
but when you are playing in the already overcrowded generics field then IMO it would need to be some product to get pharma on side - as then they need to market hard to oust already infiltrated markets by generics that have been there aleady!!! so you need to distinguish yourself from the crowd - price/better product etc in order to win over doctors and the market.
above IMO - but also they need to change the puppeteer here - need new blood IMO.
