Thats right. Operating performance is not as critical as lease arbitration. But I would think it is better to hoard cash now. So that if SV lease terminated, there is no chance to go into receivership if the company is in net cash position and own a casino in Vietnam.
We don't know the debt covenants of megabank loan. If SV lease is cancelled, it may trigger breach and cascade to Aristo if there is a cross default provision.
