Yes agreed. If you read the full article it states:
But the influx of additional capacity and the enhanced competition are putting downward pressure on pricing and have reduced occupancy rates in the short term, Harpur noted.
There is currently a short term oversupply but this will not be the case in future. Good time to be acquiring under utilised data centres at bargain prices.
