This looks to be a good result. And when I look a bit harder, it looks to be a very good result. Not just the numbers themselves but the trajectory of the numbers and things already implemented that will maintain the trajectory.
The CEO - Hugh Humphrey - was appointed after the SP had fallen by 50% to 60 cents 20 months ago and would have kept falling if he had steadied the ship. He has developed and implemented an effective strategy which is showing results. 2 years in is a good time to judge a ceo. He is doing well.
I think I may now buy me some.
