    Offtea I have to agree with you on this one. Count have paid to much for Diverger. I took stakes in a number of small cap licensees betting on consolidation. What I didn’t count on (no pun intended) was ordinary businesses buying the poorer quality ones. I can’t see this ending well for Count.
