Yes like I have mentioned previously, make hay while the sun shines, the last month has given us a sharp reminder of how quickly a windfall of high prices can shrink and almost certainly played a part on the dividend decision.
If they want to seriously consider SD without reducing the WI or taking on debt or excessive debt, then you can't have enough cash...
Some call them stingy I call them prudent.
