I saw one report where they said it could drop back to $100 a tonne. I actually doubt it wil1 though. I can see the IO being $50 either way of the current price as a worst case scenario. I can even see the IO price creeping up a bit by the end of the year.
Note, that I have not picked where the IO price landed previously
Not sure we will see those low SP's again for a while - and not for the next 12-24 months.
I can see GRR still making decent profits and they will be starting to have $500mil plus after the dividends are paid out. Maybe $600mil plus by the end of the year.
The development of Savage river will deliver a longer mine life and maybe push production up to 3mil tonnes pa.
