It's not a line of credit....To simplify - The LDA put option agreement is a mechanism for BRN to be able to legally sell their own shares to raise capital. LDA receive BRN stock under the 15% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 for zero consideration and then manage the sale of those shares on market to raise the capital BRN requires. LDA receive a fee and have negotiated options as remuneration.
