if they were going month to month with imec why don't they just say it ?
Maybe they are waiting on a current crucial process step to determine what arrangement they need to pursue.
Maybe they have no agreement and are hoping to not have to announce any because they believe
- when they do announce, the market will be able to predict where they are at in production
- the stock price might race off ahead of its true worth ( in the end we might not be able to produce a functioning chip and only be able to assist the market in Developing a solution and
Producing pivotal data that will one day possibly help produce a megabit chip)
