From your own experience in the corporate arena you know it doesn't take 3+ months to finalise an agreement like this especially given the 2019 to 2020 extension took them a month to bed down.
Now this time it's taking them not once, not twice but over thrice as long.
Come on.
They going on a month to month payment basis in the hope that come May June after the chip drops they can leave imec behind with a sellable chip.
