I believe this means if you wound up 4DS today and sold everything of value they have - intellectual property, desks, computers, phones, chairs, the pictures on the walls, any wafers lying about - each shareholder would effectively "own" less than half a cent per share they hold.

That puts me in pretty much zero risk territory for this investment at the moment since my trading database tells me my effective break-even price on this is now 0.2c per share.
Never mind, 2.1c per share. That makes more sense.
