I haven’t looked in depth at the results yet, but Lev20 when I read your post above about the “real estate venture” I was like “wtf!” and decided to take a look.
What are these bunch of old boomers doing investing in RE related stuff? How about they stop “investing” in stupid “disruptive” s*** and give some cash back to shareholders instead?
