I see some frustrating re Divi..Les look at it from different point of view...1. Interests shit up ..it was unprecedented raise..company would now pay approx 5 -6% interest from 12 months ago only 2.5 to 3%
2. By June 2023 Net Debt will be under 100mln or just Under 6 months of NPAT....this means that by Dec 2023 They have to Declare Divi...By Dec 2023 Net Debt position will be Zero...that is why I am strongly pointing o theut to inflection point on Divi conversion as Dec 2023...Mathematically they just have to allocate Cash somewhere....
3. Yes, last 10 years as some say was not nice...but last 3 years was a total re-birth of SWM....they had to correct mistakes of the past...e.g. no debt, no stupid-loss making contracts, Digital business now circa 50%
