Neither scenario (HT&E, Twiggy) is plausible whilst ever Seven Group sits there with their 38.9% equity position. The most plausible is that SVW launches a takeover and takes the rest of us out at these low levels.
I think that they would be swamped with acceptances at mid-50's price (+30% to the 30 day VWAP), such is the frustration of shareholders ATM.
