i would really like an update on the relationship and supply to Labcon.
i suspect our set back with them a couple of years ago and the court case was because our first generation products didn't meet the mark.
in the settlement we gave them US &1.3M credit under the new supply agreement - how much have they drawn down against this credit??? if our next generation products are indeed superior and Labcon have no cash outlay to take up the product - what is happening?
Until we get info on this and any announcement on Fuji i fear we will be stuck at 3cents or so.
