Raising capital and a capital raise are the same thing. My guess is that BCT is held by a lot of small time investors who don't follow the stock market 24/7. If that is the case they are going to read the reports this evening leading to further downward pressure on the share price in the coming days. Then the SP will be lower than now and could form a high bound for a potential CR. If that is the case then it indicates a monumental mistake by management. There is, of course, many other alternative scenarios. E.g. they release some great news probably related to the Fuji tie up and maybe even Fuji takes a stake. In any case, I suspect there cannot be long to wait as they must be low on cash. All IMO and DYOR
