I joined recently and its a mixed bag. For them to do this big marketing campaign with Essendon and have signs all over Docklands stadium etc they should have got everything perfected so when they get new customers they stick with them long term and not walk after trialling
Positives
- Very easy to do buys/sells
- Can set sell/buy prices and put limit on the price, edit orders
- Easy transfers into account, it usually clears within 24 hours
- They send you a message when it clears always been before the open around 9am
- When you trade in $50-$100,000 amounts the $9.50 per trade is good value
Negatives
- When checking your portfolio there is a 20 minute delay on the stocks prices
- No portfolio profit % shown on website
- On app it doesn't even show the profit amount in the portfolio
- Need to refer to other platforms like commsec to get essential info like live pricing, market depth etc
- Need to put email and password 10 times during a trading day is it logs off so quickly which is a massive pain (does anyone know if settings can be changed so it stays logged in for longer?)
- No overseas trades

Most these issues are fixable so hopefully they get it right soon...
