    So are clients money held in a trust account?

    If SWF declares bankruptcy would clients money be fully refunded... Or clients money would be on the list of creditors?

    Seems a big risk if you were to make a $100k trade, send SWF money and the next day SWF files for bankruptcy and closes shop. Bam there goes your $100k for the sake of saving a few dollars.
