look at their current liabilities, they will have used over half their funds already to settle those current liabilities, dought they will last another 3 months without another CR.
also look at projected income, some of it is only a maybe and also on the light side, even if they by chance it it all, it won’t be sufficient to carry them into second half of 2020, IMO there will be further CR in 2020.
also look at the value of assets, IP plus plant and equipment is $0.003. Share are currently trading a lot higher at $0.047.
