Pardner, in my post the other day I said that once in beach the lender holds the whip hand. SOL wants to keep hold of that whip and make sure management doesn't go off the rails again. Much better than just writing them a blank cheque to continue mismanagement. And given SOL is a major shareholder with an investment to protect, I 'd much rather them holding the whip than RNC.
