Go listen to the webinar. It's addressed in there. Should be posted on their website soon (if not already). New CEO and CFO much better equipped to turn this around. Can't blame them for the current mess either. The reason they are there now is due to the Greenhill strategic review. It's being put into action. A little late but better late than never.
