Unfortunately I dont believe a CR would have any support at any level for this indication. CYP would be far better off if they congratulated MSB and wished them well. In doing this CYP would leave the door open for being a partner in manufacturing tech.
In the mean time they do have the DFU trial. Why such a small trial is takeing so long is hard to understand. It is however a indication simmilar in size to CLBP
