Thurs 11/1/24: DM traded shares (sold to cover oppies)
Mon 15/1/24: Two weeks before Dec Quarterly release (blackout period starts)
Mon 29/1/24: quarterly released
Tues 30/1/24: blackout ends (24hrs after qtly release)
Market sensitive release on Monday 5/2/24 which he likely held insider info, so couldn't trade leading up to it. So block out Weds 31/1 to Mon 5/2.
Mon and Tues 5&6 Feb he trades
with this announcement we can now see:
Weds 7 Feb blackout period starts for half yearly
Weds 21 Feb half yearly released
Thurs 22 Feb blackout period ends
Friday 23 is now his next available trading day.
He has literally had 4 trading days since 11 Jan and he has traded on three of them!
