I have been impressed by how much interest there has been in bisantrene and our clinical trial plans from clinicians here in Australia and overseas. I am not sure what factors exactly drive this interest, but I suspect it is a combination of the clinical history of bisantrene (they know the drug will work in patients) and the unusual combination of cardioprotection and anticancer activity. Whatever the reason, it is very positive.
