Apologies - I should of posted an update.

Yes I did get a prompt reply from David Perry - an indication they take shareholders concerns seriously. He basically just clarified the confusion over discontinued operations etc. Stated that no change in circumstances surrounding litigation so comments in previously released announcements stand true unless stated otherwise.

Not sure on recent drop - think STS will tread water a bit until confirmation of next half results.
