What do you guys think about FKP's results?
On the positive side, the result of property revaluation was much better than i personally expected (69m positive) and new NTA $1.27. In addition, the development business started to show positive results and the outlook for the retirement business is great.
On the other hand, the operating profit was not so great considering the size and the quality of FKP's assets.
The SP started to regain value this morning but the whole market was so weak especially the XPJ. Hope the share price will continue to rise to its fair value.
