poor distribution 4 shareholders NTA $1.24. Is that the same as book value as Comsec has this listed as $3.07 big difference there if related. Dividend poor, many others out there way better. AJA 4 eg(20%) or look at infrastructure stocks such as HDF or SPN way better distributions(8-10%) there, book value tight 2 though.
FKP is into selling commercial real estate and this area aint doin so well unless your a "savy buyer". Not Seller
