Agree with your comments @madamswer and I was surprised how long post release of the results it took for some buyers to step up to the plate because Easton is definitely valued at more than $1.20 using any type of valuation methodology.
I'm struggling to see any negatives from any of the underlying metrics, seems to be growth all-round. I'm definitely happy I didn't sell out a third of my holdings to HUB and definitely won't be scrambling to lodge any paperwork over the coming days.
HUB should however be happy they've bought into a great business at a very reasonable price.
