Even before the HUB deal which would have tightened the share register, just 20 EAS shareholders spoke for 61% of the issued shares and a further 38 accounted for a further 22%.
I know a few of those 58 shareholders and from what I know of them, they would hardly ever look at the share price.
Post- HUB's ascension to 31.5% of the EAS register, the tightness got an order of magnitude tighter.
EAS is almost the closest thing to being a privately-owned company, without actually being one.
