I should have pulled out at 2.60 but im still here, as I think theres more here than meets the eye.  

Achieving vertical integration and setting the scene for cornering supply are pretty big and shrewd achievements. Everyone here is bagging the sheet out of mgt, but the reality is mgt have put the foundations in place for a great ass kicking platform. 

It will be interesting to see who the actual owner of the debt raised to buy B and P will be, and id be surprised if the current B and P owners aren't somewhere in the mix. It will be also interesting to see what the terms are - that will tell you a lot about where this is heading. 

One thing im not too keen on (as a consumer) is the Uganic name.  Tins look nice, but the name shirley, you could do better than that?!?!?!?!?!... ......don't tell me, did Uboy inspire the name!?
