From the report: "In making their assessment, the Directors acknowledge that the ability of the consolidated entity to continue as a going concern is dependent on meeting sales and profitability forecasts, the generation of positive cash flows, the continued support of shareholders and lenders, particularly First Samuel Limited, and the raising of additional share capital as and when required in the future."
