Franked or unfranked? I'd say unfranked , not because they are earned in $US (our resource companies do this every day) but because of where the profit is made. That would be Canada where the sensors are made. If they are cunning and they work out a way so that royalties can be paid back to the Australian head office so effectively making the regional office (factory) cash neutral. I think that is what by many multinationals except the profit does to the Cayman (pick your spot) Islands. Maybe a bean counter has a better answer
