If that's the case it appears Sam may have been outsmarted by the shorters. So much for not raising at these low prices.
Does anyone here have any ideas on whether it is possible to issue a share type conditioned on the basis that it can't be lent to another party, only sold?
Similar I suppose to rental leases that can't be sub-let.
