Jumbuk, Its hard to see what they can change. The fundamentals have been deteriorating since ICI sold the plant in the early 90's. Since then a string of owners have owned and sold the plant. Its problems of being energy intensive and an aging plant can't be changed. I doubt there are any cost cutting measures left. I think the Carbon Tax may be the final straw.
I see PSH has now slipped under 10c. I expect it will stay in the 5 to 10c range for a few months.
