We can only really vote against director reelection and remuneration at annual meetings (although this line item does appear to have been cut along with the size of the board and staff). This recent talk of M&A is hopefully more than just hot air because shortly, with the major scale back of the business that has occurred, ASX will be questioning them about what constitutes a substantial change in business activity and likely will require recompliance per the Listing Rules if they want to remain listed.
