Not correct [for the first point]. The auditor did not issue that warning for RGI in the previous accounts.
Surandy70, on the other hand, is correct. However the tone of the quoted opinion suggests that they are seriously concerned, not just ticking the obligations box.
You can draw your own conclusions but mine is that time is fast running out for either some actual signed contracts followed by significant income or another capital raise (to which, since Queso has a Buy sentiment on his/her posts, he/she will be happy to contribute; I'll just be happy to get my existing investment back).
